SEO and GEO on Sincro
Sincro sites were built under Ansira for OEM website programs and now sit inside the DealerOn family. The OEM sets the template, the vendor runs the feed, and the dealer gets a content editor. We get rankings and AI citations out of that arrangement without breaking compliance.
What a Sincro program site lets you change, and what it does not
Sincro is usually installed through an OEM website program. That means the manufacturer's compliance rules sit on top of the vendor's template. We map both before we touch a page.
OEM template and navigation
Header, footer, main nav, and the SRP and VDP layouts come from the program template. You can pick from approved options. You cannot rebuild them. We work inside that frame and route structural asks through the vendor.
Inventory feed and VDP data
The vendor ingests your DMS feed and renders VDPs from it. What shows on the page is a function of what is in the feed: photos, comments, trim, and pricing. We fix VDP quality upstream in the DMS export, not on the site.
Content pages
The editor lets you create landing pages, service pages, and blog-style content with headings, copy, images, and links. This is where most of our on-page and content work lands, and it is fully within your control.
Schema and head tags
Title and meta description are editable per page. Structured data beyond the default vehicle and dealer markup, plus anything in the head, typically goes through a vendor ticket. We write the spec so the ticket ships once.
OEM compliance and approved copy
Brand names, model naming, offer language, and imagery follow the OEM's rules. We write to the program's style guide from day one so pages clear review the first time.
Performance
Core Web Vitals are mostly set by the template and the third-party tags the dealer adds. We audit the tag load, cut what is dead, and push template-level issues to the vendor with evidence.
What we usually find on Sincro program sites
Typical output from the first 30 days. Scores are composite site-health figures, not a guarantee for your dealership locations.
Every dealership location in the group runs the same OEM-supplied title pattern, so ten stores compete for one query.
Where each Sincro fix lives and who ships it
Three lanes: what we ship in your editor, what the vendor ships from our spec, and what the OEM has to approve.
We write every page to the program style guide before it reaches OEM review, so review is a check, not a rewrite.
How a Sincro engagement runs
From the compliance map to compounding rankings and AI citations.
Audit and compliance map
Full crawl of every dealership location. We document what the OEM program locks, what the editor allows, and what needs a vendor ticket, then score the site against your metro competitors.
Roadmap in three lanes
Every fix is tagged editor, vendor, or OEM. Editor work starts immediately. Vendor tickets go in as one batch with specs. OEM items are written to the style guide up front.
Ship pages and content
Service pages by job and model, local model pages with live inventory links, and location content. Titles and descriptions rewritten dealership location by dealership location. Citation-ready dealer facts placed where AI engines read them.
Measure by dealership location
Rankings, organic VDP sessions, service leads, and AI engine mentions tracked per store in the dashboard. Vendor tickets tracked to close.
